Nurnie Collections - Licence Terms & Conditions:
Standard Conditions:
This collection has been provided Royalty Free for Personal and Commercial use. You are licensed to use any of the objects for the purpose of detailing your own creations in preparations for production of your own personal projects.
Employees are allowed to purchase a copy for use in the work environment - however: they are prohibited from providing the collection in whole or part, free of charge; to other work colleagues. For this reason it is best that the Business itself purchases the collection for use by its employees. It should be noted that Businesses are only granted a license for use in the work environment. If an employee wishes to use the collection for personal out of work use when it has been purchased by the company - they should purchase their own individual copy.
Purchasers are free to modify and alter the objects provided in this collection to fit into their own personal requirements in the production environment be it professional or personal. No acknowledgments of credit for authoring of the individual pieces is required; although this may be left to the purchasers discretion should they wish to notify others of the origins of the detailed sections of their work that have been derived from use of this collection - again it is not compulsory.
Organisational Licence Addendum:
If this is the licence you have purchased then the following additional privileges, in addition to the Standard Conditions; are provided:- Your company or business is allowed to distribute the products to ALL Modelling & Animation departments throughout the organisation worldwide. It also allows distribution to sub-contractors employed by the organisation. However it is fully understood that in the latter case the product remains the sole property of the organisation and the sub contractor can only use the product for work solely related to the employing organisation
Studio Licence Addendum:
If this is the licence you have purchased then the following additional privileges, in addition to the Standard Conditions; are provided: Your company is allowed to distribute the products to ALL departments within the confines of a single Studio Business or building without the requirement of purchasing additional licences.
LIMITATIONS
- Reproduction or duplication of this collection for the purpose of distribution or re-sale either in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.
- Attempts to distribute the collection in whole or in part for free or for commercial gain, where it is OBVIOUS that the model is composed ENTIRELY of DIRECT COPIES of the objects from this collection is strictly prohibited.
- An example of this would be to create a simple box and then distribute copies of objects from this collection all over it (either unaltered or with slight axis deformations) and then distribute it or offer it for sale as a "detail panel".
- If you decide to offer your own Nurnie collection for sale you are strictly prohibited from providing any of the objects from this collection or derivatives of them - they must be unique.
