Refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The product has arrived damaged and is not useable - proof will be required
• The product has not been recieved - Postal Service proof will be required

If no contact has been made regarding delivery or product difficulties within a timeperiod of 21 days then there will be no grounds for complaint

Your order will be processed within 3-5 working days and you should receive it within a further 5-14 working days, depending on worldwide location. (in practice 10 days is an approx duration for receipt of goods to furthest destinations) Your order will arrive as a printed DVD or CDROM in a colored Clamshell case within a padded envelope. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe (usually 28 days maximum); please contact us and we will chase up the issue with the shipping company.
